We are trying to make the rental process as simple and convenience as possible. Due to many fraud attempts, we had to take essential security procedures to inspect and avoid fraud attempts.

Complete your order: After you complete your ore, we will send you an email with our rental agreement. You must sign it and fax\ email it back to us with copy of your Credit card and ID – back and front***.

Deposit: will usually do not charge any deposit. In some cases, we will do Authorization on card. In very rare cases, we may charge a deposit.

Damages\ Loss:

Client is responsible to return the equipment at the same condition he receives it.

Client has to test the equipment on arrival and make sure it's 100% working.

Client most notifies about any damage of equipment during shipping at the same day of equipment arrival. Any notification later than that, will considered as client responsibility for damage. is not responsible for damage to client's equipment or cancelation or imperfection of events due to use our equipment.

Damage:  In case of damaged equipment, our technicians will inspect the repair costs and will charge the client accordingly.

- In case of total lose; client will pay the full purchase amount of equipment minus the rental rate*.

Loss: In case of equipment loss, client will pay the full purchase price of the specific item*.

Limitations of liability: We will do our best to deliver the equipment to you in perfect condition and one day prior the first rental date. Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances we can't 100% guarantee it. In case of damaged equipment or late, we will offer up to 100% refund. We will not provide credit more than the rental full amount.

Equipment return & late fees:  Client is responsible to ship the item back to us by 5pm at the last day of rental. Client will be charges 1 day full rental amount for any late in returning the equipment.

Extend rental period:  It is possible to extend the rental period at lower rates. To do so you are welcome to call our offices.

Cancelation policy:

Client will receive 95% credit for order cancelations of 7 or more business days prior the first rental date and in case item has not been shipped yet.

Client will not receive any credit in case the item has already been shipped.
